I never thought anyone would pay much attention to me when I joined Thai Alliance as a daily-wage employee. I was mistaken. I was given continuous training and additional responsibilities over time. The company has grown so much since, with modern machinery and ISO 9001:2000 accreditations. It is a transformed company. Personally, I feel like I have also been transformed.
