I was among the first group of employees to join Thai Alliance in 1980. Our founding chairman joined our 25th anniversary celebrations in 2005. He presented each of the first group of employees a gold necklace with a matching gold pendant. On one side of the pendant was our company's logo. On the other side were the words “25 Years of Partnership.” It brought tears to many of my fellow founding colleagues.

As a fellow member of the founding team, I have witnessed many changes. But one thing has never changed, and that is our company's commitment to their people.
